Hotel Dubrovnik has become our favorite place to stay whenever we visit Croatia.
Its unbeatable location puts us right in the heart of the city, steps from Ban Jelačić Square, the Dolac Farmer’s Market, countless dining options, and endless places to explore. We love starting each day with the generous breakfast buffet — one of our favorite morning rituals — before heading out to shop for handmade wares or enjoy the city’s walkable charm and vibrant atmosphere.
The hotel itself feels both elegant and comfortable, with newly refreshed rooms that, though modest in size, provide everything we need for a relaxing and restful stay.
Another reason this hotel is so special to us is its closeness to family — it’s just 45 minutes from Petrinja and Sisak, making it easy to combine time in Zagreb with visits to our loved ones. And when we’re in the mood for a bigger adventure, Zagreb makes it simple to explore beyond Croatia — Budapest, Hungary is only a few hours away, while Ljubljana, Slovenia and Graz, Austria are easy day trips.
