Our Stay at
Guest Accommodation Tamaris
Our stay at Guest Accommodations Tamaris Rooms in Zadar was short but convenient and enjoyable. We spent three days here with Dennis, myself, and my cousin who joined us for the weekend. The two-room suite was just what we needed — one room with a queen-size bed, kitchenette, and full bath, plus a second room with two twin beds. Each room even had its own fridge, which was a nice bonus. We also appreciated the availability of parking for two cars, something that can be challenging to find in and around Old Town.

Located about a 10-minute drive (or more than a 30-minute walk) from Zadar’s Old Town, the property provided easy access by car while offering good value. Our accommodations included a buffet breakfast, which made mornings simple, and the on-site restaurant was a highlight. With freshly prepared BBQ meats and authentic Croatian cuisine on the menu, it was convenient and delicious. The property itself was clean, though a bit dated, and with no elevator.
Our suite, however, had a large balcony that gave us extra space to relax.
The location is set on a busy street in a commercial area of Zadar, but overall, we found it to be a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay. The food was very good, and having both breakfast included and a full-service restaurant on-site made our short stay easy and enjoyable. While we don’t have our own photos or video from this property, you can learn more and view images on Booking.com.
